Gabriel A. Peixoto (ASSOCIATE)

Gabriel is an associate at Alto Litigation. He represents clients in complex litigation in both state and federal court.

Gabriel earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where he graduated cum laude, served as executive managing editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and as a legal writing and research teaching assistant. While at Hastings, Gabriel received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in addition to best brief and honorable mention oral argument awards in moot court. Gabriel also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Curtis E.A. Karnow of the San Francisco Superior Court’s Complex Civil Litigation Department and the Honorable Jeffrey S. Ross of the San Francisco Superior Court’s Criminal Trial Division.

Gabriel is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

He received his B.A. in political science and Portuguese from the University of California, Berkeley.
