Ian E. Browning (Senior Associate)

Ian has successfully represented clients in a wide range of complex commercial matters, including antitrust, securities litigation, corporate fraud, and arbitration (domestic and international).  Ian also has extensive experience conducting internal and regulatory investigations.

Before joining Alto Litigation, Ian was a litigator at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (in London and New York) and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
