Litigator
4+ Years Experience

We are looking for a driven and accomplished litigator to join our ranks. Applicants should have at least 4 years of litigation experience, exceptional research and writing abilities, and the ability to take and defend depositions, meet one-on-one with sophisticated clients, handle court appearances with minimal supervision, and work in a disciplined team setting. Do not apply if you have no ambition to first-chair trials. A stellar academic record and clerkship are pluses, but a desire to build your skills and fight for our clients is a must.

We are looking for a litigation paralegal for a full-time position. Our firm operates on the cutting edge of practice management, utilizing state-of-the art software systems for work flow management and internal communications. Our ideal paralegal must have a hunger for utilizing technology to make litigation tasks more efficient and work in a disciplined team environment. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience (preferably at a top boutique or large law firm) and have a command of filing procedures in California state and federal courts, as well as calendaring and e-discovery. The position also entails certain administrative duties.
