We represented a founder/CEO accused of making material misrepresentations in connection with a preferred share offering. The matter was resolved without litigation, through a business deal.
We represented one of three equal shareholders in a company in litigation to obtain damages associated with the defendants’ siphoning of trade secrets and other assets from the company.
