Olivia Nguyen (Attorney)

Olivia has represented leading global technology companies and startups in high-stakes business and intellectual property disputes in federal and state courts and before federal agencies. For more than a decade, she has handled complex litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial. She was named one of the “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America (2026).  

Olivia's practice spans disputes arising from technology partnerships, platform agreements, and procurement contracts, including claims for breach of contract, unfair competition, and business torts. She also litigates trade secret, copyright, and patent matters, including claims under the Defend Trade Secrets Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Drawing on her background in molecular and cell biology, she has handled matters across a range of technical fields, including consumer products, medical devices, telecommunications, semiconductors, and software.

Before joining Alto Litigation, Olivia was a Principal at Fish & Richardson P.C. Outside her practice, she is a lifelong student of foreign languages and speaks Vietnamese, French, and Italian.
