Benchmark Litigation latest rankings recognizes Alto Litigation and attorneys among the top in California

San Francisco, Calif. – October 1, 2019 - Benchmark Litigation, described as “the definitive guide to the market’s leading firms and lawyers,” released its latest rankings, with Alto Litigation receiving numerous recognitions.

 Alto Litigation was ranked a Recommended Firm in California and a Tier 1 Firm in San Francisco. Benchmark also recognized founding partner Bahram Seyedin-Noor in Securities and General Commercial Litigation; partner Bryan Ketroser in Securities Litigation; and partner Daniel Sakaguchi in Intellectual Property Law. Rankings are based on extensive interviews of clients and peers.

Bahram, a graduate of Harvard Law School, has tried cases before judges and juries in California and Delaware, and was a law clerk to Judge James Ware in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Bahram represents clients in a variety of matters, including securities class actions and derivative lawsuits, SEC investigations, trade secret disputes and complex commercial litigation.  Benchmark Litigation named him as its San Francisco “Attorney of the Year” in 2019. It also recognized Bahram as a “Benchmark California Star” in 2019.

A graduate of Berkeley Law School, Daniel has handled complex litigation and arbitration across the country, and has first-chaired jury and bench trials in state and federal courts in California, Missouri and Illinois. Daniel focuses on commercial disputes and trade secret, trademark and copyright litigation, and was named a “Benchmark California Star” in 2019.

Bryan, a graduate of Yale Law School, concentrates his practice on securities litigation, complex commercial litigation and SEC investigations. He represents technology companies, entrepreneurs, officers, directors, employees and shareholders in high-stakes matters in California, Delaware, and other courts throughout the United States. Benchmark Litigation has named Bryan a “Benchmark California Star” and included Bryan in its “40 & Under Hot List.”
